PDF, Portable document format has been developed by Adobe Systems and is the most widely used file formats in the whole world. Businesses, persons and even government agencies all over the world use and depend on PDF files to communicate their visions and ideas.
PDF is an industry-standard format for allotting a compact file with embedded graphics, text and fonts for letting it to retain the real formatting. Developed in 1993, PDF is being used for representing documents through independent application, hardware and OS.
Editing PDF files
To use files as per your needs, you need to convert PDF files to different other file formats like DXF, DWG, etc. In fact, PDF files can be edited in different ways and the simplest method is to bring changes in the source file and convert it back into the PDF format. Customize the toolbar
You are advised to customize the toolbar prior editing images in a PDF file so that you can find the ‘inset image’ and ‘crop image’ utilities immediately. Press the customize option in the toolbar and you will find a pop-up window. Then, Take ‘Insert image’ and ‘Crop Image’ buttons to the toolbar and select ‘Done’ option. You are allowed to use ‘Insert image’ and ‘Crop image’ in the toolbar. So, start your work!.
Press the ‘Insert Image’ option on the toolbar and put pictures to the PDF files.
Using Touchup tool choose an image in a PDF file, and then choose ‘Crop Image’ in the toolbar. Select an area of the picture to crop by moving the mouse over the picture.
Select Touchup tool shown in the toolbar and select a picture in the PDF file. You can move the image by dragging it to other portion of the page. Resize the image by pressing and holding the shift key then drag the mouse to one of the picture’s 4 corner deals inbound or outbound to turn the picture smaller or bigger in a proportional manner. If you want to delete the chosen picture, click the Delete key.
